What can I expect during a one-on-one virtual interview? 

During a one-on-one interview, you and the moderator will discuss a series of topics. You may be asked to review images or text. You might also be asked to complete an activity with the moderator. Unless otherwise notified, you do not have to prepare anything in advance. Just arrive with an open mind! 

When will I get paid for participating in an interview or focus group?

You will receive your payment within 1-3 business days upon completion of the session. 

I am having trouble with the digital platform. What should I do? 

First, try to log out and log back in. You might also try to relaunch an activity using the link that was emailed to you just before the session. If these do not work, please reach out to the moderator as soon as possible. 

How can I sign up to participate in future projects as a consumer respondent?
